This place is amazing for anyone who is in the fish keeping hobby. The staff really knows their stuff and are all super helpful!! We got some guppies from here for our tank and they have been doing great as opposed to previous guppies we got from a large chain store. If you ask, they even let you have filter media to start cycling new tanks! I would recommend this place to anyone who has kept or is starting to keep fish!

A sincere Thanks to Brandt, Tammie, and the team at Blue Thumb - Pardon the Pun but …. “You Rock!” In today’s environment where customer service is almost nonexistent, I would like to share the exact opposite. We recently purchased a Cascade Mini-Mountain Triple Fountain from Blue Thumb ponds. It arrived timely, intact, and ready for assembly / set up. During the assembly, the quality was evident. Unfortunately, during the first week of operations, we walked out one morning to admire the fountain, only to notice one of the rocks was no longer emitting water out the top. Upon investigation of the issue, I discovered the PVC pipe fitting at the top had a stress crack and had separated from the fitting with no apparent way of fixing it, which I was willing to attempt. So, I immediately took pictures of the issue and sent them via email to the customer service address online and within an hour Brandt from customer service responded back to me with an apology for the issue and an immediate resolve to send us a replacement rock (component). A short 3 days later we received the replacement and had the fountain back fully operational. What Amazing customer service from an Amazing Company and the people working there! If you do not have one of their water features…. get one now…. You will not be disappointed! Sincere Thanks Chuck & Karen Howell

This is an amazing fish store. They have a great selection on saltwater and freshwater fish for you to choose from. And also lots of things you’d need to start a fish tank as well. The people that work there are also very knowledgeable on all the different types of fish and get give you information about certain types of fish, like which work well together. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for fish or just to look around even!!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! Brandon and the rest of the crew have an absolute passion for aquatic life, and it truly shows—they are top-notch! Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I'm new to the saltwater/reef tank hobby, and like many beginners, I've made a few mistakes. But every time I’ve had questions, the crew has been a blessing. They never make me feel silly or inexperienced—they’re always patient and helpful. I do a lot of research on my own to better understand what they’re talking about, but they always help me stay grounded and focused on the basics instead of overthinking things. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aquarist, I would highly recommend this store. You won’t find a more passionate or supportive team!

As a business operator I don't have time to sit on the phone but I also like to talk to them about questions I have With their products! I give them a call real people answer right away ! Not no voice recordings and hard to get ahold of ! Very knowledgeable and kind to deal with! I would recommend doing business with these guys to anyone! Amazing company for sure!
