We had looked all around downriver for straw the past couple days in a desire to build a makeshift outdoor cat shelter, every store downriver was out of stock. This store was out out when we checked this morning, but the friendly staff told us the supplier would be bringing new stock today. Sure enough when we called to check at 1pm, they had received straw and actually provided us with a bag of spare straw as we didn't need as much as a bale, that was extra/spilled off the truck on delivery, at no cost! This is the type of friendly service that is a rarity to find these days. We're going to start shopping here for our pet items simply because of this

I am housing an array of bearded dragons and I have purchased frozen rats and mice for awhile now from this store until one of my young dragons started seizing from the cup of worms I bought from there and I have seriously never experienced this ever I have owned dragons for over 10 years and avoid feeding them most live food if its possible. I shop here since its local but I would recommend avoiding this store entirely if you are a reptile owner like myself, aside from that the live animal rooms are seriously atrocious even if the rats are intended to be feeders you cannot shove them in a unventilated room the store stinks and its their fault if you don't have enough room for live animals do not sell sick feeder animals.
