We always have a good time here for the discount bath club, a great value and they have 2 clean bath stations. We have a dog in behavior training and all the staff are kind and patient, (as well as the clientele).

Kamille has terrible customer service. My husband tried to ask her how to sign up for the rewards about 3 times. She was too focused on ignoring him and asking us about our dog. And she still didn’t apply my purchase to my account. I just wish people who likes others worked as cashiers. Taking just one star off because I like Grosse Pointe. I just expected better.

I buy betta often from this store and they have always been able to put the fish in a bag with a rubber band so I could commute with it home easier in my car as the containers splash water everywhere. I asked the lady to do so and she very rudely responded “no we don’t do that here we don’t even have bags”. Lazy.

Rudy got his nails trimmed at the GPC pet supplies plus store. This lady is highly skilled and knows her job. On 7-12-24 the pet supplies plus store had a great team working this day. Thank you to all 😊

For Trucker… This place is too tight and busy street. If you try to back up to unload you must block traffic both sides but the problem is this receiver two gentlemen are so lazy. I asked to watch me traffic while backing up but he said we shouldn’t help driver and he hide in store while backing up from the street.
