It’s rare to come across someone so honest, sincere, and genuinely passionate—not just about fish, but about people too. He doesn’t see customers as dollar signs; he treats everyone with kindness, respect, and a deep sense of humanity that’s becoming increasingly rare these days. I recently called Patrick asking if he carried Sponge filters, since mine were dirty and I assumed I needed to buy new ones. Instead of taking advantage of the opportunity to make a sale, he took the time to explain how I could simply clean and reuse the ones I already had—saving me money and teaching me something valuable in the process. Not only that but he exceeded my expectations to dedicate his time to see the photos I sent him on his phone to evaluate the situation and give recommendations. That level of honesty and care is something you just don’t see anymore. Patrick has earned my trust, and from now on, this is my go-to place for anything related to my fish.
