Your associates are always top notch, the store always has what I need, the store is always clean, and Arthur and Chidozi have helped me many times and they are always amazingly helpful, courteous, and go above and beyond their job duties! It is why I keep shopping in store at your location instead of getting things online! Thank you to all the associates at this location!

Wonderful and helpful staff. Went here on a road trip for a harness and leash for our pitbull and he ended up pooping on the floor. The staff were so helpful and would not let me clean it up. Helped me find the right size harness and some treats. It was great!!

Every pet owner should shop at Pet Supplies Plus. The point system is the best around. And, the folks at the Plymouth Rd store in Ann Arbor are the polite and helpful people. God bless them all!

Usually love this store except tonight I was denied access to the wash station 30 minutes before close. Not a great way to treat someone who goes here every week. Too bad:/

The customer service at this store is truly exceptional. This time, I was greeted and helped by Brandon. I had a few questions, and he demonstrated a great understanding of his job. Although the store may not be as large as others, I keep coming back because I’ve never been disappointed.
