I am new at this and had no idea what I was doing wrong but no matter what I did there was always disgusting stuff in my tank. I was looking at the tank and noticed a fish was missing so I went to “investigate”. 30 minutes and $120 later….my tank still looks gross and one of my fish was dead under what she called an “air block” that I put in there. I got my net and moved the block to free the fish but it floated up to know if the plants in there and it was dead. I sent pictures of fuzzy disgusting stuff still in the tank and the dead fish. I immediately received a call back from the girl that had been here cleaning my tank. She said it was algae…well I thought I just paid $120 to have that taken care of. She then proceeds to say the dead fish is unfortunately something that happens when you clean a tank. As I said, I am new to this fish tank stuff but when I clean it….I replaced ALL of the water and she told me that was wrong but I never ended up with a dead fish. I wish I could give ZERO stars.”

Couldn't be happier now that there is almost no aggression in my tank now. Also a plus since I'm military and paid cash. I should've came here from the start. Will be back again for more.”
