I honestly would give this location 0 stars if I had the ability, from the outside the place looks well kept and organized. However, upon entering you see how dirty the floors are and the tragic state the puppies are left in. I saw multiple puppies in shared crates with feces rubbed into the grates, instead of being properly cleaned, saw pools of pee, and one puppy with what appears to be feces smeared on its fur and blood in its stool. Me and a few other customers were utterly disturbed at how disgusting the conditions of these dogs were left in, and the staff blatantly ignored any questions about the puppies well being or complaints. Someone seriously needs to check into the living conditions of these animals, and if you work at this location do better. You shouldn’t be working in an animal related field if you lack the empathy and common sense to properly take care of them.

Hillary was AMAZING! Like, seriously, I loved her and I will ( if I ever even consider getting another puppy- ONLY work with this person ) definitely go through the process again with her. I’m very impressed with the temperament and the patience that my puppy has shown. She’s well balanced and transitioning her into our family has been one of the least stressful when brining a puppy home. Our puppy isn’t scared or timid in any way and encounters life’s unexpected challenges with very almost zero fear based reactions. Overall a pleasant experience and at the end we have a very well rounded puppy that we know had to have been in a fantastic environment to be so wonderfully balanced and easy to keep up with so training at home has been minimal effort this far!

High pressure sales environment. Many of the pets for sale were visibly soiled. On checkout, the associate did not ask to round up my transaction for their charity and covered the card pad ensuring I could not decline and applied it against my consent. Will not be returning, shop elsewhere.

Place was well kept and the animals we're in really good at closures made specifically for them better than the ones that I've seen in the past staff was friendly help me out a lot today the golden retriever was fantastic she had an awesome personality

I just have a concern with the dogs in the crates. Almost all the dogs had feces in their cages. What made me write this review was how I saw a dog that didn’t look healthy in my opinion & literally had its feces ALL over its paws & crate and what appeared to have blood in its crates as well. I shouldn’t leave a pet store feeling worried about if these animals being taken care of properly. I hope there is something done about this for the well-being of the puppies.
