The nicest pet store i have ever been in ever! They were super kind and helpful. The place was decorated very we'll! it's was beautiful and they had the biggest variety of animals I've ever seen in a pet store. Very clean and well taken care of. The animals are very lucky to have such a nice home and caretakers. Can't wait to come back and get me a awsome reptile!

Have purchased several things from this pet store. Starting from the health and care that their animals receive, to the knowledge of the employees it is top-tier. Not a single other pet store can compete with that in this area. And trust me when I say we have been to every single pet store within a 50-mile radius. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable about many things, especially when it comes to spiders. He has helped us out a ton and expanding our knowledge and care for our spiders. If you have not had a chance to visit this pet store, I highly recommend checking it out. You will not find a cleaner pet store that takes better care of their animals. I promise you that.

Gorgeous exotic store, definitely the best I’ve ever seen. You could take kids here and it would feel like going to the zoo for them. My boyfriend and I came in yesterday (literally twice because we wanted more time to look) and we were both blown away! We had adopted a snake from Miles Exotics a few months ago. The employee from Miles that we thought was so knowledgeable now works here! You can tell all the staff here really cares about what they do. They were also extremely friendly. The prices are very good yet the animals still are all so healthy and alert. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different pet store again.

I had a fantastic experience at this exotic pet store! I accidentally purchased a couple of spiders that were a bit too advanced for my level, but the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. Trevor, in particular, went above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Hands down the coolest pet store ever. They are well stocked on lizards, snakes, frogs and invertebrates. The enclosures are GORGEOUS and appropriate to each animal. The employees are super kind, helpful and well educated. Shout out to Justin who gave me brilliant suggestions for my next set up. Can't wait to come back! (Thanks for the hornworms my beardie loves them!)
