Guppy Barn Aquatics

When I visited Dan at the Barn in early February I was impressed with his patience. He helped me understand how guppy science has evolved since I bought my first pair when I was in sixth grade. I bought fish including: 1. 1 pr Guppies 'Lilac purple haze' 2. 1 pr Endlers 'neon blue' 3. 1 pr Guppies 'America Red' 4. 1 pr Guppies 'Tiger Mosaic' Now they are thriving and "coloring up". Wow! They are true to form as well as some with rich, vibrant color variations. Thanks Dan, I appreciate the experience.

I ordered 62 Ramshorn snails. I was not sure if they would live through the shipping. To my surprise they arrived right on time and everything was alive. I was very impressed. Thank you guppy Barn for getting me my snails to feed my baby pea puffer. I will absolutely order from you guys again. Very impressed and please keep up the great customer satisfaction.

Wow! This is easily the best packaged fish shipment I've ever received! I've ordered fish from some of the bigger (and more expensive) outfits in the past and the their methods don't hold a candle to the quality of livestock and care in shipping that you receive from the Guppy Barn! So great to support an independent small business, too. I also ordered the food and I've got to say my first impression is that my fish love it. I even caught the Ottos snacking on one of the algae wafers. They never do that! This place is a gem and an asset to the industry. They get all of the stars!

After getting sick corydoras from a chain petstore (didnt quarantine and almost wiped all guppies) I wanted to ensure my future fish would come from reputable sources and a facebook post I made recommended buying guppies and assassin snails from him. Pros: -beautiful fish -healthy -he added some fish food which they all LOVED -added some fry which was great considering I was trying to build back up the fish population -shipped very quickly (got my fish two days after ordering!) Cons (not really a con against the company though): -since I live 2 hours away I needed to have them shipped which does cost quite a bit since they're live animals. I wish they were closer! Ordered more assassin snails since they randomly vanished after a few months and getting more guppies to increase genetic diversity, cant wait to receive the order!

It's a short drive out of town but worthwhile. He knows his fish.
