Very rude and unprofessional they had a fish tank on the floor when me and my twins came in of course they wanted to see the fishes and my son 3 hit the corner of the tank with his shoe which way was it on the ground as soon as u turn the corner but it cracked a little or it was like that before I don’t know he didn’t mean too but then the guy tells me that I need to watch my kids very rudely my husband wanted to go back inside and kick his face but it wouldn’t help it any he made us buy this tank that apparently wasn’t good anyway! We will never be back and will never refer anyone u sir need to learn customer service only cause u cant have em don’t mean to be rude to all the little ones that come in a fish store!

Went thier 2 months ago had a bad experience with a girl that works thier with short hair I asked for a price on some pulsing xenia coral she said look at the price yourself then I asked a question about some blue devil damselfish she said look it up online. I walked out disappointed hell I'm afraid to go thier again in fear I'll be made fun of or talked to behind my back

Excellent establishment! Extremely clean and well maintained store wide, front of house and back. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and expedient in service. I drive 90 minutes from NW IL, just for feeder rats. If all that fails to convey how much you owe it to yourself to do business with Aquatic Environments, then my condolences for your decision for the lesser alternative.

Went there to check out the fish section. Found out it’s mostly tropical fish (which we don’t have) but after making the trip we figured we’d look around. Enjoy ourselves and.. We were followed around the store by an employee. I didn’t have a purse with me and we didn’t have jackets on. Not sure what we could have even stole . I felt VERY uncomfortable and I will never go back and I will absolutely discourage anyone to go there. Terrible setup. Terrible staff. Don’t waste your time they are beyond unfriendly.
