Pet's Playhouse

It's definitely not the same as it used to be. Fish are extremely expensive as well as everything else. Stopped in to get a couple of fish and was told I needed to wait FOUR weeks to come back to get fish for my tiny five gallon to be ready.. it WAS ready aside from the fish. I've had fish before and a Huge 75 gallon aquarium... so I know what I'm doing.. and was basically told by who I assume was the manager that I needed to wait a lot longer. A MONTH. So I Waited a couple of days so I had time again.. and went somewhere else and got five fish and they're doing GREAT and my granddaughter is so happy. Sadly they lost money from me telling me to wait a MONTH to get a few fish for a very simple tank. I feel if he'd not have been on the phone chatting just before we spoke he'd have taken more time to hear what I was seeking. The very kind person at the register told me to return sooner and seemed to have more knowledge than the manager but that's just my assumption. Huge thanks to the guy with the long black hair, I didn't catch his name but he was extremely helpful vs the other guy on the phone walking around talking loudly. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve got three ball pythons from the wonderful folks here and they know how to take care of their customers. The old owners sucked, but these guys are doing a fantastic job of making a better name for the shop. I feel very welcome in here when I go in, and they really do take pride in their work. They’re super friendly and helpful here. I sometimes go here just to check out the animals they have and see if there’s any I wanna take home 😂 I prefer this place over any other pet stores because of how nice the environment is. The pictures attached are the pythons I’ve got from them. I love them with all my heart 💜

Great place to find a new family member or check out some cool fish. Ask to see an animal up close and personal. If the right person is working, they usually love showing the animals off.

Been shopping here for years and it's still one of the best pet stores in the area. I will go all the way across town to get crickets or fish or even light bulbs . The fish selection is phenomenal and the people there really know their $#/T.
