Was very aggressive with the dog while putting it away shoving his face in and hurting its paw, then decided to harass their customers and force them to leave when they simply stated that it was cruel. Screaming at them to try and do her job. Crazy employee.

Update: I brought my daughters in yesterday and they had signs up that said "Puppy play time" it was so fun to see the puppies out and running around having fun and interacting with people and other dogs. I'm so happy that they do this! 🤍👏 I hate seeing the puppies and kittens in those tiny cages. I can only hope they are only in there while the store is open and then they are moved to a bigger holding place with toys and beds..but I have no clue if that's the case..they sure are cute though. Every time we visit we try to get a puppy out and give them some love in the small petting booth.

Wish I researched this place and puppy mills before buying my dog. She has had cognitive issues since we got her. All the animals seem so sad crammed in tiny cages. Better to wait for a free adoption weekend at the humane society than pay $1,000+ for a mut

Puppy mill mutts with elaborate names to help you not feel bad about spending a ton of money on mixed breeds with no health testing. Congrats. Every time you buy a backyard mutt and pay $1000 you sign the death sentence of 5 shelter dogs waiting for homes

It seems like a pretty good clean place and they take care of their animals. The only reason why I gave it a three stars because their dogs are so expensive. It's like they're going to sit in that poor cage for a long time because they're so expensive. It's sad because they're such cute dogs. Shouldn't be more about money. It should be about getting them kind caring homes instead. It's not. It's about money at this pet place
