This is our go to place for our saltwater needs. The guys that run the saltwater area are very knowledgeable too. Have gotten a lot of great fish and coral from them. And like I said very knowledgeable. No question is a dumb question they want to help you keep your stuff alive and thriving. And they're honest. Like they don't try to push all of the products there at the store. I think that's why we go back every time. They know what works and sometimes their store cant or won't carry certain products. But they have beautiful fish and coral. And they actually care about their tanks. And for families it's not just fish. They get in cats and dogs sometimes, they have a reptile room, and a bird and rodent room which you'll find sometimes a sugar baby, or rabbits, kittens, rats, gerbils, etc.

They have live feeder rats. I love this place. Very few places still carry live feeders. Whoever supplies their Tarantulas should house them properly, but that's minor. They take good care of the animals and have good prices! The staff are friendly.

Great locally owned business! I drive past a few other pet stores on my way to Pet Warehouse and never look back. If you are into tropical fish this is the place to shop. They have an excellent selection, and managers on staff that know what they are talking about, unlike a lot of your chain stores. Also unlike your chain stores, they don’t try to pressure you into becoming a member to get “special prices” (which is the most common scam going by big box stores), or apply for a credit card, or guilt trip you in front of other customers to round your total up for whatever the charity of the week is. All of this, and the added benefit of spending your money at a place that will enrich the local economy? It’s a no-brainer.

I have always had a great experience with this LFS. Great staff, great selection of fish/plants/hardscape to choose from. Been shopping here for a few years now, ever since Broadway sold. Keep up the great work guys!

Horrible customer service and no respect for the knowledge of customers. Their knowledge of the mollusks is based off of a 2 second google search. Was treated as if I am an idiot after being a loyal customer and also having a background in exotic animal care, animal husbandry and biology. I was completely talked down to and disrespected.
