They gave me my money back and no aplogy. Recently, I won some auctions but two that I should have won per system error I did not win. I went to the store to show them proof that I won but they gave me a hard time. Emailed the owner and told me he does not run the auction program. I tried to work with them but gave me the cold shoulder and told me to take a ride what ever that means. I will no longer be giving them my business. I have bought so much from them and this is how they take care of the customers. Who else has had issues?”
