We adopted our ew pet hedgehog, 🦔 Peanut. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and gave us their boarding prices also. Everything was very reasonably priced and we are super happy with our new family member.

I was so hesitant to visit this store, especially after the large number of one star reviews. I should have trusted my instincts. We purchased a frog for my son’s Christmas present who died within less than 2 weeks. The pets at this store receive no veterinary care, are twice as expensive as other stores, with no guarantee for the health of the animals or offer of a refund or replacement. We went to Petco and purchased 3 frogs who are all thriving, received veterinary care at the facility, have a 30 day guarantee, an assigned vet, and were half the price. Absolutely heartbroken that I gave this place a try in the first place. My son was devastated when his first frog died, especially knowing we did everything we should to care for it properly.

A Wonderful Cockatiel Experience! I have to admit, I was a little hesitant at first after reading some mixed reviews about this pet shop. However, I’m so glad I decided to give it a try because it turned out to be one of the best places I’ve ever been, especially for birds! From the moment I walked in, I could see how well the birds were cared for. The cockatiels in particular were incredibly friendly and full of personality! After spending some time with them, we decided to adopt one and named him Garrett. He is truly the sweetest bird ever—gentle, curious, and just a joy to be around. His charming little chirps and playful antics brighten up my day every time! The staff at the shop were so knowledgeable and kind, ensuring we had all the information we needed to give Garrett the best possible home. If you're looking for a bird, especially a cockatiel, this place is a hidden gem. The experience exceeded all my expectations, and I feel so lucky to have found Garrett here. It's clear that this pet shop truly cares about their animals, and that made all the difference in making our new bird addition a happy, smooth experience.

Just stopped by to see what they had, and this is by far one of the worst pet stores i have ever seen. Cohabbing solitary species in tiny enclosures with terrible substrate, keeping fish in tanks so small they cant turn around, and keeping/selling fish in store that should be special orders only for a variety of reasons. I would rather support petland or petsmart as they treat their animals better. This place should do better or close.

I adore this pet store. The owner is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. They offer everything you could possibly need for your beloved pets at very reasonable prices. Previously, I purchased two birds from them, and both are happy and healthy.
