My bird needed her nails cut cuz they were so long I was so scared to let her go expecting her to come back mad, She came back unrecognizable she came out relaxed and happy definitely not the act I was looking for it was better. Unlike other stores this one carries a bunch of bird toys I will definitely come here again thank you to all the sweet people.

I bought a Betta here he's so cute! They have wonderful helpful staff. Lots of options and items to get here. Definitely worth coming here!

REPTILE NEGLECT!! most of these poor reptiles are sick, dying and not taken care off properly. they are obviously neglected in the back of the store. photo attached is a chameleon forest dragon dead left to rot in his enclosure. please don’t purchase these reptiles or support this company.

I like this store most of the time. Asked one of the employees for advice about my tank and he pretty much battered on us telling us inappropriate things. Some things that didn’t even have to do about our fish tank. Short guy with hat, messy beard, long hair and glasses. Don’t talk to him if you have fish questions. Very rude, weird and inappropriate. Had to just completely walk away mid conversation because he gave me very off vibes. Have had family members who have had issues with this dude in the past as well. Very “know it all” disgusting attitude vibes.
