He came over, emptied and picked up my tank to thoroughly clean and dry it out and brought it back. He was kind enough to offer housing my fish for over 2 weeks in his tanks while I rebuilt and cycled my tank. This was a nightmare, we ended up spending a ton of money that he charges in advance mind you, and then once there are issues with the tank, he ghosts you. I don’t know how he’s gotten the ratings he’s gotten, but for anyone out there, I wouldn’t go for his prepaid packages either. If I could give a negative star review, I would. I ended up having to redo the tank myself and it looks a million times better and my fish is healthy and happy. This was a brand new tank set up and in a week’s time it looked like this and then went black and wreaked of ammonia. This was not an establishing process either, this was a complication to where we had to do a middle of the night emergency clean out. My fish was gasping for oxygen and was lethargic at the bottom of the tank from ammonia overload.”

I have had my turtle and aquarium for over 20 years, and normally have handled all of my needs myself. However I've recently had to pick up a second job, and time has been very limited for me. I have been able to manage quick water changes and normal maintenance, however have not found the time to do a deep clean. Anyone who has has the joy have taking care of a turtle, understands that they are very dirty, and require a lot of tank maintenance to ensure the turtle lives a happy life. Manny was able to help out and do a deep clean for me. He was very equipped with all the aquarium knowledge that I have even picked up myself over the last 20+ years. He knew a ton, and when it comes to aquariums, knowledge truly is the cornerstone of the hobby. If you are looking to get a brand new tank established, or looking for a maintenance program to make sure all of your fish friends stay happy, I would have no hesitation at all to recommend his company. He made sure to clean up after he was done, and left no surprise mess. Thank you Manny, and it was great talking fish/tanks! Definitely reach out to him for any of your tank needs.”
