With the store under new ownership, I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Of the 6 different coral stores in the area, this, while not the most packed with "stuff," provided the best customer service and advice. The owner is currently rebuilding and stocking the store, but it is a pleasure to work with and had corals and supplies I was looking for. I would recommend anyone to come in and give this store a good look around.

The guy working there was super nice, the cat was even better, and I got some really cool crabs and a little palythoa coral for my tank! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for more, everything seemed very healthy and was reasonably priced.

Small little aquatic store. Came to look for some fish to buy for home but found they had mostly a saltwater selection. They do have some shrimp, hermit crabs, and exotic fish but the selection is limited.

My Saltwater Tank Disaster: Let me start by saying this is only the second time that I have done a review like this. Just think folks need to know… In the 10 months that Aquatic Underworld has been servicing my Saltwater tank, it has been at least 5 different guys that have come out to my house.... More importantly, my tank is a complete disaster due to the lack of true “Saltwater” tank experience on their part. To make matters worse, the owner called me last Friday (2 Feb 24) because there was a miscommunication on their part and the maintenance guy (who would have been the 6th different guy to come out) didn't show up. The owner is the rudest, most disrespectful person in customer service that I have ever spoken with, this includes almost 30 years of military travel around the world. I have paid Aquatic Underworld hundreds of dollars over the last 10 months, and all I have to show for it is a Saltwater tank that is a complete disaster. Additionally, based on their lack of experience and greed, I will have to spend hundreds of dollars to just get things back to normal. With that said, it’s the lack of accountability, professionalism, and attitude (especially by their leadership) that's really shocking to me. ______________________________________________________________ I am back....I missed your very inaccurate response because I don't make it a habit giving out bad reviews... I tried to keep it professional but seems like you took it personal. So here we go... everything you listed in your sorry response is a complete lie. You acquired the company at the same time of the issues at least that what I was told. I only spoke to you once... which was the last day because your attitude was garbage and thanks for confirming it with your no accountability response -- you proved all of my points for me. Lets talk facts for a second...I have (still) dozens of text highlighting the issues as well as what was done (and not done) to include paying for "mileage" really... My tank was NOT looking like that before "Aquatic Underworld" started maintenance.... by the way, it looks fantastic now...So thanks for showing your true colors in your response.. By the way, my dialog with the former owner (Nathan) highlighted all the shortcomings of his maintenance team/company.... And obvious from your response -- seems like you fit right in. Rude and disrespectful and no ownership (literally). How about at least 5 different guys in 10 months -- in some cases 2 guys came just to "hang out". This is not my first rodeo - so I know more about Salt Water tanks than you think -- just easier to have "qualified" folks maintain but I've learned my lesson - thanks Kevin. And I have been maintaining my tank since. They did not appear to be trained in the details of salt water tanks -- rather just water change outs and very minor stuff. I know YOU live in a world where facts don't matter but they do in my world -- so my goal is to set the record straight for other consumers. BUYERS BEWARE!. Good Day Kevin.
