The Coral Corral

The owner and most of the staff are always busting their tails off in there! Which I respect! I just started about 6 months ago in the hobby, they have been there to help me every step of the way. I have now stepped into a larger more complex tank and they once again have been there for every question. Thank you Guys! I highly recommend this store! As the rest of the stores could give a Rats Ass honestly. Not to mention it's in a great location tuck away, but basically central ish in the Bay Area, Oldsmar.

Just went here, beautiful corals and beautiful fish, they had a few fish I haven't seen in other pet stores, which is super cool!! Their corals are really bright, which are beautiful, and staff kept checking up on me to make sure I was good and we talked about corals that would go well for my tank, even helping me find a few for mine!!!

Had probably one of my worst experiences coming here as far as coral stores go. Sure, the store is large with plenty of tanks supply's but customer service sucks. 5+ employees working, and they ignore you till you're walking out the door after you spend nearly 45 mins looking around. I would never ever shop here again. They are probably the highest priced coral and fish seller in the area, and it's not even quality stuff. Make this place your last resort at best.

I have to say since my first visit and every time I come in, everyone always makes me feel like family !! I came in lost and confused trying to start my nano tank and since then my tank has flourished because of all the info and time spent giving me all the info I needed to make my nano tank thrive! I’ve even went to others to get some random things because of the distance and no ones ever given me the time and info like they have at the coral corral! So no matter the distance I’m always going to make my purchases here and know they’ll never steer me wrong!

My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers at Coral Corral for about 6months now. From having our tank empty to buying sand, cycling and even purchasing our first two fish from here they have been with us every step of the way. Recently there was a bit of a miscommunication on holding some of our frags, but John, the manger was very helpful and more than made up for the mishap. We were able to pick out a frag and received a credit as well. We will definitely continue to support this business. Thank you for your understanding and ability to adequately take care of the matter quickly.
