The young gentlemen who helped guide me through the store were very kind and respectful and this place is very well kept! You can tell the staff here love tropical fish and are super knowledgeable. I thought it wasn't open to the public, but the man with the glasses on the computer screen assured me it was and even told me to come back on Thursdays for new fish arrivals. I ended up purchasing some koi and they worked together to bag my koi and answered all my questions even though I had plenty and they never once seemed bothered. Stores need more people with this level of enthusiasm. I felt more like I was at a public aquarium than a pond and aquarium store. I believe one was named Peanut and the other was Aqua Alex, Andrew (?) or something I forget but I remember the big smile and passion .
