Reef Cleaners

I had a great experience purchasing inverts from this company. I ordered online, and was able to choose the delivery day, which was a huge plus. My order was shipped the day after I purchased, and I received it the next morning. Everything arrived healthy, in great condition, and very active. The inverts were packaged with care, and there were clear and helpful acclimation instructions included. They threw in some bonus snails as well, I ordered 21 and received close to 30. Absolutely would recommend this company, and plan to order from them again in the future. Solid 5/5 stars.

I have a 320 gallon mixed reef tank and was in dire need of renewing my clean up crew. I contacted reef cleaners using their custom order service. They asked for many specific details about the tank, my problem areas, feeding, etc…even asked for pictures. Within hours I had a return email telling me exactly what they recommended for my specific needs. I worked with John Maloney who was fabulous and professional. I placed my order that night and the next day my order was shipped. It arrived the following day well packaged and the livestock was healthy. As you can imagine I had a large order with a large tank. My order was spot on. The livestock was healthy and I don’t think I lost a single animal. Within 24 hours there was a noticeable difference in my tank! I was impressed with the prompt and professional service. John communicated very well. I got both email and text follow ups about my delivery and they wanted feedback back about how it turned out. I was truly impressed because John seemed genuinely grateful for my business. Most of us have purchased elsewhere especially when you are starting out and don’t know anything. The livestock wasn’t like the other places I’ve shopped. It was healthy and large (except for the small guys I bought to get in cracks) unlike those pea sized animals you get in clean up crews elsewhere. I must say I would pay a higher price just because of the customer service and quality but here is the best part. Their prices are very competitive and I felt like I got what I paid for and with some of the stock more than I paid for. Having had this experience and having been in the hobby for years, I won’t ever shop anywhere else!! My thanks to Reef Cleaners and John.

UPDATE: both tiger conchs and all of my trochus/nassarius made it through acclimating per the website's instructions. I even got a few extra nassarius which was cool! 5 stars for customer service alone. John was ready to answer all of my questions and concerns, and I can't wait to get my new inverts!

I have ordered from Reef Cleaners three times now. Their communication is spot on. You are given an opportunity, at the time of order, to add a note for any special requests. My latest order included a mix of inverts, from the tiniest snail to the complex feather duster, and all survived the trip. Thank you, Reef Cleaners!

I’m having a crazy breakout of all the bad algae emailed reef cleaners for a custom order. John got back to me the next day with what I should get he stayed in contact with me got my order in and had it delivered and everything was alive and healthy! Great experience overall I’ll be ordering from here again once my new tank is up. photo attached is the pitho crab already eating bubble algae. not even in my tank for 12 hrs and it’s already tearing in.
