Love this pet store I bought my parakeet from here. She has grown to an amazing bird. Best of all they’re fully bilingual. Thank you hector can’t wait to get my guinea pig

This is exactly what happens when you don’t watch your birds carefully. I bet you they allow bigger birds to climb on the cages and taunt the other birds and I bet you he got his foot bitten off by a larger bird when he was hanging on the cage. I’ve seen lovebirds loose on top of other cages Very irresponsible people. I took this poor baby home. They need to secure all birds don’t let them loose!

Upon my recent visit the store has been renovated all the animals have more space the birds look well kept up as well as the reptiles. I am very pleased to see the new work and how much better the animals look, great store and good customer service. Love the location so I don’t have to drive to Casselberry 🙂

I was deeply concerned by what I saw during my visit. The animals appeared to be neglected, with more feces than bedding in their enclosures. The cages were extremely small and unsuitable for their needs, and there was no visible food or water provided. It’s heartbreaking to see such conditions, and I honestly believe this place is not fit for animals. I hope the management will take immediate action to improve the living conditions and ensure proper care.

If you are a person who truly has an animals best interest in mind DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! it's amazing that they're reptile tanks were in as bad shape as they were not one ounce of proper research zero adequate heating lighting food and water. The multiple fishtanks cramed with baby parrots was egregious. I love small local pet stores but with the "care" that was displayed that was so horrible this business ain't it.
