I went to the store with some water samples and pictures of my fish and the owner was incredibly helpful and kind to me. I was worried I would be negatively judged for the situation I was in but he was very compassionate and gave me a step-by-step guide to get my fish back to health. Prior to meeting with him I lost all 12 of my rummy noses and my neon & glowlight tetras had a fin in the grave. Since following his plan, my fish are looking and acting livelier each day and I haven't lost any more fish. I don't know what I would have done without his help.
