Brian arrived on time and worked for a little over 2 hours. My only gripe was to pay ahead of their arrival. I always pay for services rendered. That said, they did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up 95% of my 75 gallon bow tank. They also cleaned up my filters. See the photos. I would definitely use Brian again.

This place is surprisingly large and well put together. NO entry fee! Extremely educationaĺ for all ages. A café with ice cones, snacks, and beverages. Everything you need for aquatic and amphibious setups including friendly smile service. A great place to visit with family and watch the awe of the expressions of the magnitude of this establishment. Worth the visit.

Truly enjoyed our visit to the new store! We go to fish stores almost every weekend. This store really blew us out of the water. The set up, the cleanliness was beyond compare, great quality stock. We will be going back often and we live an hour away! We brought out pup too who even loved it! So much he got comfortable and took a nap!

I consider myself a reasonable aquarium aficionado, and as such have made a point of visiting nearly every aquatic/fish store in Jacksonville. Hands down, this Natural Environment Aquatix location is my favorite. They have become my go-to shop for aquatic plants. The plants are always in great shape, well-kept, and in clean tanks. They also have very fair and affordable prices for plants compared to other stores in town. You can place your order online and have it ready for you when you pick it up. This also applies to fish. They have an incredible assortment of fish, and they take good care of them. Clean tanks, happy fish. To me, the fish genuinely seem happy in that store. Every fish and/or snail I’ve brought home from this store is thriving and healthy. They also have a great and eclectic assortment of decorations for your tanks. Every employee I’ve met so far has been very helpful and courteous as well. This is a great shop for aquarium hobbyists like myself. I hope they stick around for a long time.

This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store is clean, and the fish are healthy. I'm here all the time now
