Natural Environment Aquatix

We hired Natural Environment Aquatix to help clean, dissemble, move our 55 gallon fishtank, and set it up at our new house. Sarah set up the appointment and we were able to text and send pictures of the tank, which was very helpful. She made sure to give me all the details and what to expect. Brian and John did an absolutely amazing job and we could not be happier with their work. They brought everything that they needed with them and made it such an easy process. Our tank looks so good at the new house. They saved us many hours of work and they were so pleasant and nice to be around. We immediately signed up for a monthly maintenance service. Worth every penny!

This is my first visit and it was a great experience. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was spotless and the fish tanks were very well taken care of. All the fish was healthy and that’s a big plus in my book. I live in Savannah ga and it was well worth the trip.

Mandarin store. Shop and tanks were clean and well organized. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions concerning a new betta tank set up. New fish and live plants coming in, at least, every couple of weeks. Would highly recommend the store.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Bryan and Sara are exemplary at their jobs. The customer service they provide is top notch. Only negative is the physical location of the store is a little sketch but probably necessary to keep their overhead low
