My wife went on vacation for 30 days and left me with a Japanese pond turtle. It wasn’t eating regularly , days would go by and I said to her I guess it will eat when it’s hungry and it won’t when it’s not ,. after five days of not eating, I went to see Steph [Stephanie] at Pasco County reptiles and exotics in Holiday and she guided me to take care of the problem. Now Rafeal eats every day. Thanks to Steph!!! I showed my wife videos of Rafeal scarfing up Shrimp and she called me and said that , that made her real happy! Happy wife, happy, happy life!!! Thanks to the manager, Stephanie!

They have changed the culture of this place. Floors are clean, shelves are stocked, tanks are clean, smells clean, and snakes! The new ownership, the managers, Allison and all other employees (sorry if I can’t remember all your name), have really done a great job here. This is now a nice place to visit with decent selection and EXCELLENT staff. Snails!

This store is amazing! They have a nice selection of exotics, their reptile set ups are awesome and their cages are incredibly clean! They even sell baby chicks, which we had better luck with (health wise) than tractor supply. Their fish tanks are super clean as well with a nice selection of freshwater fish. They're always so nice and welcome us when we walk in. Great little store, you must check out!

What a pleasant surprise to find another "Family Reptiles" store up by where I work. I love the store on Ulmerton, but it's currently a haul for me. This store is clean and well stocked, and the service was excellent. Prices are the same as the sister store. It's less cluttered than the Largo store. It's in a fairly busy shopping center off of US19, next to Winn Dixie.

Came in today with my parents that are visiting from PA. They were looking for some replacement things for their turtle tanks and the girls were so patient with my mom who can come across a little strong sometimes, but she doesn't mean it. She found what she needed and I just have to say this store was clean and well organized and the staff were very friendly.
