Mark's Ark

We visited to buy gold fish for our pond but upon seeing how many mice the had in such a small enclosure I could not in good conscience support this pet store. Rodents are sentient beings and even if their future demise entails becoming snake food they could at least provide a more humane existence for them in the meantime.

Got this stinky little girl as a baby for my bday, and now she's developed into am absolute unit! Lucked out with getting a hypo morph, I just picked her cuz she waved at me from the tank. Couldn't recommend this pet shop enough, the store was clean as were all the animals tanks. She is about 7-8 months old now and hasn't had any health issues (knock on wood lol)

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. The way they keep the rodents is inhumane and abhorrent. It doesn’t matter if they will eventually be snake food- they should still live with basic standard care until then. The overcrowding is appalling. They’re stepping all over each other, attacking each other etc. shameful!!!!

Mark’s Ark is the best. Cameron has been helping my wife and I set up our aquarium from the very beginning. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient! I will never shop another aquarium store again! Thank you Mark’s Ark!!

Lots of fish and retiles. Very cool pet store Update April 2025: I've decided to start a balcony pond in a little resin planter so I got some plans from them and they are doing fantastic and the girl there was so knowledgeable about everything that I needed she helped me get the right stuff to treat the water as well. Just look at the difference from where it started! You can't even see the plans below it's such a great ecosystem, and now I've added some cherry shrimp (some plants are from elsewhere).
