Omg the staff member Laz was an amazing help with my bearded dragon I rescued. Laz help with him shedding two -three layers of skin. He looked so bad in the first picture the second picture is how he looks now. He still needs a lot more of TLC but ima tell you Laz is the best guy. This shop is amazing as well the care the employees give to the animals is phenomenal. Thank you so much for everything.

Walked in nervous …my last experience at a fish supply store did not go well. But left happy and more confident that I could manage my tank. The associate who helped me did not make me feel stupid for all my questions . Took the time to guide me in the right direction. So patient. Even with my little two kids asking a ton of ….what is this questions . I will be back again when I’m in need for any pet supplies! Thank you

Literally the best pet shop from Punta gorda to naples. The crew is amazing and the owner will always do his best to source whatever you need if he doesn't already have it.

I visited this pet store today and was appalled by the conditions. There was a gecko that was clearly dying, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they just shrugged it off. The air conditioning was broken, making the environment extremely uncomfortable for both the animals and customers. Despite this, there were no portable AC units or any visible efforts to address the situation urgently. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about animal welfare. I will be reporting this and I suggest you should too.
