As a first time saltwater hobbyist I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Josh was extremely helpful and a large reason for my early successes. This place is well-run, knowledgeable, and a great “partner” in the hobby. 10/10

Normal Aquatics went out of their way to ensure my happiness with my project. My vision was for a 350 gallon custom fish and turtle aquarium. Norm and his team made this vision come to life. Every step of the way, they stayed close to me to ensure I was engaged and content along the way. They custom built components, threw in some free pieces for the tank I didn’t ask for and if anything didn’t work as advertised, went out of their way to make it right. I used online reviews to help with my search for the right aquarium builder. I read all the reviews and weighed them heavily to understand the companies reputation and satisfaction of former customers. Norm has high reviews for a reason, he is good and cares. I can substantiate that first hand. For all those out there reading these to help make your decision, you wont go wrong with Norm.
