Dr. G, Amber and entire staff at Pet Palace are truly exceptional! Our rescue dog, Rolex had a very urgent situation and Dr. G went above and beyond to fit Rolex in for emergency surgery without question. He saved Rolex's life!!!! From the moment we walked through the door, Rolex was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciate the clear communication, the patience and the genuine concern they showed for Rolex. The staff is so polite and helpful! They also have a larger selection of brands that I can't usually find and it's super convenient. I use their dog wash all of the time, and their fish room is so peaceful and pretty. And my dog absolutely loves the treats they have!

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I like that this store carries some unique pet products I can't seem to find at big box pet stores. I recently had to get rid of some mystery snails and they were nice enough to take them for me. Definitely recommend this business.

Personally I love a local store, rather than a big chain. They have so much variety to choose from. Whether it be toys, kibble or treats. I can always find something for my picky and sensitive doggies. Also LOVE the self service dog washes that are ONLY $10 per dog!
