Great service. Their comm (both phones and internet) was down but the kind lady processed my order from her home and then met me at their shop to deliver my pump to me! Good pricing too.

This business is not set up for walk-in customers, wish I had known that before driving over there! Thanks for nothing. Maybe I just didn’t see it on their website. My rating of them is very poor.

Good resource. Had everything I needed and the prices are great. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they're a small business - so please support them.

I've never been to custom aquatic before but I have been to the business center area where I know owners of different buildings. I know one owner and she is amazing
