I met Jordan if I'm not mistaken. He is very helpful in assisting customer. I think their business is focused on selling fish only. After they provide service maintenance for my 150 gallons aquarium every 2 weeks - he did not show up to do the maintenance for some reason just like a bubble that pops out, so I stop buying saltwater fish as well. I don't really care since you can find a better person on Yelp who can do the job seriously. Overall business interaction with this company is just fine, however, I would not recommend at all. I purchased one plant that has been doing good so far. The selection at the store is limited but he can order anything you need.
