A+ coral shop. Jose has great customer service and answers all your questions from coral care, to water chemistry and everything in between. I purchased a frogspawn, a few zoa frags, all healthy pieces. I will definitely be purchasing more corals from Timeless Corals again. Best prices out there. Highly recommend this coral shop.

I'm a novice, but have purchased a lot of coral online. I had a problem with a jawbreaker mushroom I had purchased from Timeless. In transit, it had detached from its frag top. Being new to the hobby, I mistakenly tried to use epoxy to attach the mushroom to one of the rocks in my aquarium. Of course in less than a day, it detached and couldn't be found (my tank has a lot of live rock and his several hundred gallons). I was upset, but explained to the owner of Timeless, why I didn't have a photo to prove when I opened the package the mushroom had dislodged; thus, I hadn't taken a picture of it. He trusted me, and for that I'm very grateful. He REPLACED the mushroom and even comped the shipping. I can assure you this wouldn't have been universal with just about any other coral company online!! In fact, I've had nothing but negative interactions with several other proprietors in the business, for other reasons (some damaged in shipping, or wouldn't open for a week etc). TIMELESS IS TO BE COMMENDED FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR BEING WILLING TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. For that they've earned my loyalty for future business! The others have lost any potential future sales from me.
