To start this company answered the call on the first try which is very rare! Then they proceeded to answer every single question and address any concern i had. I ordered a nice set of corals and all of them arrived in great condition and i am beyond happy. Love this company and i plan on ordering more in the future.

I was pleasantly impressed with the packaging. Everything was delivered on time and the specimens seem very healthy so far. I have ordered from other vendors with much less shipping quality. I also appreciate the gift although not very visible under blue lights. I will definitely consider ordering from you again. You have a wide selection of frags at very affordable prices. Update: Update: Solomon island torch did not survive. Very sad! This was going to be a focal point.

I love this place. I have never been to the store and I really don’t need too! I get everything online! I have ordered coral 5 times now and every time I order they are shipped to Maryland. I have not had a DOA yet! The packaging is really good and I love the bonus corals! I would definitely recommend ordering from AQUA SD! Oh wait……. Did I mention that the prices are amazingly reasonable?

Ordered online and mistakenly ordered the wrong item. Reached out via email and received a swift and helpful resolution. Then received my new order within a day or two without any headaches. Coral arrived healthy and beautiful, even better than I imagined and they even included a free coral frag as a gift. Would order again solely for the customer service not to mention the coral quality, selection and price was unmatched. 10/10. Great job, guys.

This place is amazing and the customer service is awesome! Darin helped me over the phone as I won 20+ auctions on eBay, and was there in the store win I picked up. Jessie was also very helpful as he walked me around the store retrieving all the corals I had won. Zach was also very helpful from the front of the store who helped me check out. The multiple times I called and emailed the store, everyone was equally customer service-oriented to make sure I had the best experience possible. Highly recommend to visit this store and their auctions online. Thank you all !!!
