Ocean Aquatics

The gentleman there was very attentive, and very knowledgeable. He explained a lot of things I was curious about. The store is very clean and organized. Fish look happy, healthy, and well taken care of.

Dealing with ocean aquatics has been a pleasure. I've never actually been in their store but as a west coast distributor for planet aquariums, they've gone above and beyond in setting up a semi-custom tank order, keeping me informed, negotiating deals on other necessary equipment and just generally being accessible. A great experience.

Ocean Aquatics is my favorite place to go to find healthy fish and beautiful coral. I live an hour away and am happy to make the drive. Well worth the trip!

I’ve been very hesitant in writing a review because Brian and Kenny were nice but I feel I really have to do this, because I really wish I would’ve known, I regret having them do my Fish Tank, I could list so many things that they did wrong but the list is very long now and every time something is wrong it’s thrown in my face what a mistake I did by having then do my tank thank you God for helping me find someone that can fix it He basically told me that they just did the job took my money and knew that that’s all they had to do , they would not have to maintain it Please be careful and educate yourself on all the plumbing and everything that you want because they really just don’t know I'm revising my review to include the threatening behavior I experienced from Ken. His true character has been revealed, and I no longer believe he's a nice person. Ken has a history of speaking negatively about others in the Fish business and constantly boasts about himself. When I shared my genuine experience, he called me a liar. I've had to replace my entire plumbing system due to the issues I encountered, and I have video evidence of the leaks. Ken's response was to threaten me with a lawsuit if I shared any further negative comments about his business.

My wife and I traveled about 65 miles to check out Ocean Aquatics as I am trying to find a business that sells Quality Saltwater Corals and fish at a reasonable price, we found it here with them. Absolutely worth the drive, We will be returning for all our future purchases. Outstanding customer service, I was like a child in a toy store with the large variety of corals and fish on hand. Thank you team at Ocean Aquatics, the new additions to our tank look amazing.
