Have completed two orders. Had one DOA Victor was quick to coordinate a replacement and worked with me on shipping dates. Will have to say they also have some really really good prices. I have ordered fish from a lot of places and I was really impressed with these guys.

Victor is a very professional and very passionate individual, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience with buying fish online. The honest truth is we are dealing with live animals and anything can happen on the traveling side of things, and well the fish I ordered sadly didn’t make it due to shipping. Mr. Victor made sure I got a replacement and made the process super easy and made sure I was taken care of properly as a customer. A lot of online stores don’t even try to make things right with customers, and charge fees. I have stories for days from negative experiences I’ve had in the past, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in the fish hobby. Thank you Victor for making this a great experience, will definitely buy more fish and recommend friends and family.

3 expensive fishes arrived Dead due to LA fires and Winter Storm. I got an even better replacement. Fishes arrived alive and well and are doing great in my main tank after QT. Great customer service, super responsive. I’ll buy all my fishes from you in future.

Online ordering was down so we reached out to Victor and he had IT fix it, honoring the incorrect pricing listed. First order: fish were DOA. Contacted Victor and he was quick to send replacements. Received new fish today and they are doing great so far!
