The location is pretty unsafe so I would only go early in the morning or at least day light hours. Comments with the staff is that when they communicate with you it feels transactional rather than creating a good connection like other reptile stores I've been too. I got 4 of each a red rill, blue velvet, a cherry, and a yellow shrimp to start my tank off and see if they would survive with the right conditions before getting more. They made it past a week, and that was perfect. They are living and thriving. I do plan on going back for these little guys they are perfect.
