I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what they’re getting into. I bought two goldfish from this store, and BOTH were already infested with anchor worms when I got them. I didn’t realize it at first until i got home, because I trusted the store had properly cared for their fish — but after one of them got worse, I did the research and learned this is a common and very preventable parasite. I treated both fish with everything I had — set up a separate tank, gave salt baths, even removed the worms by hand. Sadly, one of my goldfish died because of the stress and infection. I later found out this store has multiple tanks with visible anchor worm infestations, and they’re still selling the fish. This isn’t just frustrating — it’s heartbreaking. I’m not an expert, just someone who wanted to give two little fish a good home. And instead, I ended up grieving one and trying to save the other from something that never should’ve happened. Please, if you’re thinking about getting a goldfish from here, check the fish carefully. And if you’re the store owner: your animals deserve better. And so do your customers.

I had originally given this place a great rating because of their friendly service and good quality of fish. This was a few days after purchasing the fish and was not a long term review. I have bought a total of six angelfish from here. 6. I thought by paying the $7+ price from other fish stores I was getting good quality fish. All are dead except for one. They may have good specialty fish such as your higher ticket cichlids but their more common fish are filled with disease and very weak. Four of the fish got the same red disease to which staff was extremely unhelpful just pointing me to another one of their $10+ price on antibiotics. Loved the fish so I got it. Completely useless. All died the same, but dont worry, they died with antibiotics! For the price they demand their fish should be hearty. I spent a lot of money. One of the fish was a red devil angel which was a pain to get because they only had five to choose from. Im sure they're limited but angelfish are popular. Especially when you are demanding THIRTY DOLLARS for it. Went to Petco and got another angel for five bucks. Survived the "disease" the others faced and didn't even contract it. These fish are likely babied and cannot handle disease. Don't waste your money on their plants either. They dont survive a week if you dont get their overpriced fertilizer. Don't buy merchandise from here either, extremely profit-oriented. Amazon charges in general about $10 less. Honestly, they aren't worth the breeder extra price. Pretty unhelpful advice and usually involves buying something or very general. Im sad my fish died for this disgrace.

Always a good experience. Have a large selection of both fresh and salt water fish! Fair priced as well. Great selection of nano fishes and plants

Staff is great, extremely knowledgeable, always gives me great recommendations on relevant products or fish, not pushy at all, low low pressure and understanding, I try to go at least once a week, new fishes coming in all the time and seasonal things like Amazon puffers as well. Love this please and the people who run it!

Great specialty store for all of us fish lovers. I've gotten several of my school from them, along with lots of supplies and decorations. Great staff, great pricing. They know their stuff too, they have answered all of my weird questions! 😊 Some of the parrots I got from them have even started breeding.
