If you just want to look at someone else's imprisoned fish then it's worth going. If you are wanting to buy anything don't bother. I've had more enriching conversations with customer service calls from India than this place. Gentlemen, they will also passive aggressively roast your "tank" size. You don't need that negativity in your life kings. 🙅‍♂️👑

Went in today to look around for a fish for my kiddo. We were perusing the store and 2 tanks had notes written on them about snails/eggs and how you are at risk of taking them home from the fish shop. It said something about ‘dipping the fish before introducing to your tank at home’ or something like that, so I asked the only employee working there about it. I told her we had a bad snail infestation last year, which seems pretty non-nefarious I know, but we had literally hundreds and they ate ALL the plants. Anyway, she raised her voice to say, ‘OH MY GOD. [rolls eyes so hard I’m surprised they didn’t get stuck] SNAILS ARE A NATURAL PART OF AN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT, THEY HAVE TO BE IN THERE….’ She then KEPT LECTURING ME as I walked away. Reading these other reviews, apparently this is her usual behavior with other customers, as well. I’ve been in customer service for like… ever, and I get that everyone has bad days sometimes. However, the brief interaction I just had with this woman was absolutely atrocious. Additionally, a lot of the tanks looked pretty rough and I saw dead fish floating in more than one. So not only is the staff rude, they’re doing a poor job of caring for the aquatic life and the tanks.

The pictures of this place should be updated for one. This use to be beautiful place. I hadn't been there in 5 years. The woman working there is rude! I ask for some live bacteria to cycle a tank she walks past it points and walks on. I asked how much do I need for a 40 gallon tank she tells me with a passive aggressive tone to read the instructions. The tanks are nothing like the pictures online. That is the old store before they moved. All of these tanks except two are disgusting 🤢. I feel bad for fish that are there. Don't waste your time going here or get catfished with the pretty pictures online that is definitely not what it looks like now.

These people are fishy, in the best way possible. This place is amazing, the selection of fresh and salt water aquarium pets and decorations is fantastic. I highly recommend their planted tanks, the atmosphere is great, the prices are fair, and the employees actually love to help.

We used to like going here. But there service has rapidly declined in the past few year. We went yesterday to get cleaners amd see about getting fish. The younger girl with the green hair was extremely rude. I asked her about one of their fish, and she said that she didn't know exactly what type of fish it was. When I asked her another question about wrasses, she was rude and said that the fish was sick and she needed to see if the fish was better. She didn't even get up from her sit to look at the fish I was inquiring about. If the fish was sick, there was nothing written on the tank that indicated that and it was not quarantined. On a good note, they have decently priced fish and clean up crew.
