Kona Reef Az - Phoenix

This is my home store that I visit at least twice a week. With that being said, I get excited to shop at the store every time like I’ve just gotten into the hobby again. Brayden has provided me with so much knowledge and answered an unbelievable amount of questions with a positive attitude and a smile. Very personable and is worth all the praise. Stephanie has provided me with new insights that have improved the quality of my fish’s lives. Damien has treated me with so much respect and always is on the lookout for fish and coral that I have informed him I am seeking out. All of these great people and the Kona brand have become like personal friends to me and I’m so grateful for all the relationships I’ve built with each and every employee.

Beautiful Fish store for both freshwater and salt. Braden and Stephanie both took the time to help my son decide on some new fish for his tank and helped answer all of his questions. This store is SUPER CLEAN and the tanks look healthy and vibrant. Highly recommend

My family and I went into the store today. The first 10 min we were looking around, nobody acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. There was only 1 other customer. I finally found what I needed then went to the register and waited for another 10 min with no service. I made eye contact with the man working there, he saw me waiting at the register. There was a guy waiting in front of me, he was waiting longer than I was. I asked him if anyone acknowledged him and he said no. I put my stuff down and left. Terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

I really trust Kona reef with my favorite hobby, I buy all my saltwater and freshwater fish from them, they’re very knowledgeable, friendly and happy staff, I met Natalie there she’s super nice! She always has the right answers for my purchases, I love it when people with the same passion share good advice. Thank you Natalie and staff. This is a great fresh and salt water aquarium fish store. Great service and top quality products. I could spend hours in this store - super creative aquarium setups that inspire even the novice. Check this place out!
