Can’t speak highly enough about the extremely knowledgeable staff who were incredibly engaged and approachable. I could feel the passion and joy with every staff member that I encountered. The owner spent a great deal of time talking to me without trying to sell me. Very educational and enjoyable retail experience. To say that this is refreshing is an understatement. I encourage anybody to go and walk around. The tanks are stunning and the store is not crowded and very clean 10 out of 10 highly recommend!😁

I needed to find a fish specialist to help me figure out why my Betta fish was getting sick. I have gone through a few fish and couldn’t figure out why they were doing. I went to Aquaholic Aquariums and met with a very pleasant James. He helped me determine what most likely was the cause of my fish getting sick and dying. He guided me to the appropriate supplement I needed for my tank. He shared that they can do water testing and told me that they will help me keep my fish alive. During our conversation, I learned that I was using the water from my kitchen sink, which is ran through a soft water system. That is no good for any fish. James advised me to use the water from the outside spicket so to have fresh city water, then condition it, add the bio-starter and plants, then it should be good to go. I brought home a new beautiful Betta fish and so far, he’s doing amazing! I love this fish place and highly recommend them for your fish needs! Thank you so much!

I hired this aquarium company to service my tank, and unfortunately, the experience has been a nightmare. After the technician completed the service, they left the auto top-off system running unchecked, which led to a major flood in my home. Water overflowed, causing extensive damage to my floors, baseboards, and even cabinetry. What’s most frustrating is that this kind of mistake should have been entirely avoidable with proper attention and care. I trusted them as professionals to manage my aquarium safely, but the consequences of their negligence have left me with significant damage and repair costs. I expected a higher level of accountability and responsibility from a company that deals with such sensitive systems. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement better quality control moving forward so no other customer has to deal with a similar situation.

What an amazing store! I was so impressed the moment I walked in! The tanks are amazing & so is the staff! Friendly, and helpful. But let me warn you… you probably won’t walk out empty handed! Definitely my new favorite shop!

Came here to buy some freshwater aquatic plants and they are all doing well in their new homes. Their prices are very competitive with the big box stores, but Aquaholics’ plants look way healthier and they have a better selection. Haven’t purchased any fish here but they all look very well-cared for and the shop is super clean and organized.
