This place is horrible. They’re so much worse than a dog shelter. At least at MHS they care for, bathe, feed, and fix their dogs. Our pup was absolutely miserable when we first got him. He is terrified of cages and although we were told he is fully potty trained that boy has never used a puppy pad in his life, absolutely refuses to, and loves to potty inside the house. The first time we met him his fur was INSANELY LONG and he was absolutely terrified to go back with the woman. We called every day for 3 days to be sure we could get the pup and to prepare for everything and when we got our puppy he was matted all over, reeked of pee, eye boogers stuck in his fur, and had LITERAL POOP stuck in his fur. once we took him home we had to practically shave him down with all the poop, mats, and eye boogers we had to remove. Before we met him we met with another dog who also had pee all over her and when we told an employee there she rolled her eyes at us and huffed as if we were the ones causing problems. If you choose to SAVE, not purchase a pet here be prepared to pay thousands of dollars for puppies in poor conditions. The food they give you when they buy them is also most likely not what they actually eat, they just give it to you so you’ll buy more expensive food from them. The vet we take our dog too even knows how poorly Pet Land treats their animals and agrees that they should be out of business for how they treat their animals.

The Staff Was Very Nice And Greeted Us As Soon As We Walked In. They Had Just What We Were Looking For And They Assisted Us With No Hesitation. We Were Very Satisfied With Our Choice Of Products And We Will Definitely Be Back For More Great Service, Thanks For All The Help.

This was a far less than ideal experience, and we have a LOT to tackle. I was never acknowledged upon entering, much less throughout my whole shopping experience. Your employees were too busy snickering and giggling behind the counter to even offer any assistance; not a single soul ever spoke to me. The first thing I see upon entering are VERY bored, chunky cockatiels. Birds need enrichment, and these have zero opportunities for doing so. The only food I saw available was millet spray- a treat. Not ideal to say the least, but definitely far from the worst thing here. Upon entering the fish and reptile area, you see a very large koi constantly swimming back and forth in a small tank. I know they’re there temporarily until sold, but wow. I will applaud you on the hermit crab enclosure, but please do not recommend small plastic bins for their permanent home. The reptiles are what made me write this review. This is atrocious and unacceptable. Your enclosures are in horrendous condition, truly lacking proper husbandry. I’m surprised your animals are still alive. Their temps are wrong, humidity is way off, feces is piled high and visible in all enclosures. It seems that something is rotting inside of a ball python enclosure. Absurd. Do better.

I highly recommend NOT buying a pet from this establishment, me and wife bought a puppy from here, when one day we suddenly came home from work and the dog was deceased, after only having the dog 5-6 weeks, we called the establishment to speak with the owner and they wanted us to take a deceased dog to the vet for an autopsy. How horrible and traumatic.

My PUPPY IS DEAD!!! We purchased a puppy 39 days ago!!! Came home from picking my husband up and my pup was deceased!! Stay away from this place. Keith evens the “Owner” did absolutely nothing at all to help after I stated to him that my dog was deceased. All he suggested was take it to the vet. Our puppy was full of life just hours before!!!! Why put someone through more stress and trauma. Avoid at all costs!!!! Legal action will be taken!!!
