Absolutely horrible conditions for these reptiles. No uvb for bearded dragon and snake had nothing but a water bowl to live in. When I tried explaining proper care for them they felt that this is adequate. Not to mention the feces on the floor and all over the birds cages. I felt so bad for all of these animals. How is this place allowed to even still be open?

Well Uh

This is a sad example of why we need stricter animal abuse laws, not that this place would follow them anyway. I saw guinea pigs being sold as live feeders (illegal). I saw an African grey in a cage so small it seemed like it couldn’t even fully extend its wings. Mind you, these birds are about as smart as an average two year old. They can speak in full sentences using appropriate inflection, do simple arithmetic, verbally identify colors and materials, and follow instructions. These are intelligent beings!!! And one was put in a cage it could barely fit in. I’m not sure if these people are grossly ignorant, horrifyingly apathetic, or maybe even pleased by the suffering of their animals.

BIRTHDAY PARTY EXPERIENCE We hired Ed’s Pet world to come to our daughter’s 9th birthday party and it was a total HIT! The kids absolutely loved every second of it. We had at least 30 crazy kids there and Sebastian did an awesome job with them all! Every kid got to hold each animal which was quite an accomplishment in itself! This was definitely a birthday experience my lizard loving daughter will never forget. 5 stars for Sebastian’s ability to handle so many kiddos and also help my daughter feel special!

I would plead w people to not support this business. It is vile how these poor animals are kept and treated. Multiple reptiles kept in the same enclosure. Large reptiles kept in small enclosure. Wrong light and heat sources if any. Reptiles w 0 humidity. With obvious infections and malnutrition. Multiple dry to the bone water dishes. The few that did have water had several snakes jammed in the bowl. One enclosure had so much feces in it and urate there is no way it’s been clean in over a year. Rats w infections and skin conditions. The smell when you walk in is horrific. The owner creepily followed my friends daughter around. I balled my eyes out when I left. No animals deserve this treatment. This place should be shut down.

I'm absolutely in love with this place, I've been coming here since the early 2000's. They have a big selection of freshwater fish and can order you whatever you want if they don't have it in stock. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will walk you through the proper steps you need to take to care for your fish/creature/plants. The atmosphere is.... Uhhhh well, it's not the cleanest place in the world and the shelves are close together so it may make it difficult for people with disabilities to enter and enjoy the fish. Come here and see for yourself! Don't take any pictures or videos inside the store and you'll be fine.
